We’ve come to standardize our process of implementing the software
We start by having an approximately 30-60 min call. During the call, we plan together the questions and the design of the feedback module. This is usually done through Google Hangouts, Skype or similar applications.
Setting up the module to the website is easy. It only takes 10-20 minutes to apply the module to the website. According to planning call, the customer might get a technical recommendation on where and how to implement the module.
After setting up the module itself on the website, we set up to which e-mail accounts the automatic reporting will be delivered. Our use cases are mostly based on weekly reports. This report is also customizable according to the customers need.
During the first months of usage we work closely with the customer. This phase is all about optimizing the feedback process from the first observation. This is where the customer are able to pinpoint even clearer the value from the data we provide.
